Anise   Uses: Anise is said to promote digestion, improves appetite, alleviates cramps and nausea, cough, colds, and relieves flatulence, bad breath, and, especially in infants, colic. It is said to be useful as an expectorant for coughs.  It has also been used to help relieve cramping, and spasms and is good as a stomatic.  Can be made into a salve to use for relief of scabies or lice.  ALWAYS use caution when using essential oils internally.  Do not take internally if you do not know how to use it in that way.    Bay   Aromatherapy: To relieve discomfort of respiratory ailments and restorative after long illnesses.
